 Animal rights group PETA has offered Sharon Stone a free brain scan – in an effort to see if her lack of empathy is the result of a physical defect in her brain.
In other words, PETA wants to search her brain to see if she has a heart.
PETA President Ingrid Newkirk has written to the movie star, suggesting her refusal to stop wearing fur and recent ill-advised comments she made about the Chinese earthquake could be symptoms of an underdeveloped brain.

 Bollywood’s Miss goody two-shoes has turned into a con-woman, albeit for a movie.
The demure and elegant Vidya Balan is all set for an image overhaul in Vishal Bharadwaj ’s production Ishqiya . Vidya, who has played goody-goody roles in flicks, is going bad in the film to be directed by Bharadwaj’s assistant Abhishek Choubey.
The story of the film revolves around three principal characters – an aged uncle, his young nephew and a scheming woman who takes the duo for a ride.

 Nicole Kidman wants to listen to songs by her country singer husband Keith Urban and a famous Irish flautist when she gives birth to her first child.
The Oscar-winning actress, who is expected to give birth in the next fortnight in the US, has compiled her own CD of songs by Urban and flautist Sir James Galway.
The 68-year-old flautist, who has recorded more than 60 albums, is considered one of the finest of his generation and was knighted in 2001.

 Malaika Arora Khan, known for her dance moves in popular Bollywood songs like Chhaiya chhaiya and Mahi ve, has been a part of quite a few small screen reality shows and she admits that she is more inclined to television.
"The small screen today is tomorrow's big screen," Malaika said here at the launch of new dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha.
Malaika is the judge for the show to be aired on STAR One starting July 14. "I have always been a TV person. I don't do much on big screen apart from songs," she said.
